Reservation Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of the property and limited availability:

– Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are refundable, excluding payment processing costs
– Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable
– No-shows and early departures are non-refundable

Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival as standard practice for high-value private residences.
The deposit is returned following post-departure inspection, provided no damages or exceptional cleaning requirements are identified.
